Event booking, and cancellation policy
◼ Event have limited seating: to ensure your attendance we encourage you to register and pay in advance. We cannot guarantee entry those that have not pre-registered. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets that any company books for the event.
◼ All our events are held in English.
◼ The sharing of presentation materials is at the speaker’s discretion.
◼ If you cannot attend an event that you have registered for, please cancel your registration no later than three business days prior to the event. To cancel you can email at info@bricksandthewestdialogue.com

Loss and damage
◼ Event attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss (including, without limitation, theft) of any property occasioned on our premises or at external venues.
◼ BELT AND ROAD ASSOCIATES shall not be liable for any personal injury or death, which occurs during BRICKS AND THE WEST DIALOGUE CONFERENCE.

Rights in materials
◼ All copyright and other rights (including all intellectual property rights) in materials provided to you during or for the purposes of any of our Events (including, without limitation, slides, brochures, articles or case studies) are the property of the BRICKS AND THE WEST DIALOGUE CONFERENCE or of our speakers. You are entitled to use such materials only for your own personal use, if you attended the event. You are not entitled to copy such materials nor are you entitled to use or authorise others to use such materials for any commercial purposes.

◼ We may use photographs taken at events in publicity and marketing materials, including use on our Website as well as in our social media. Your attendance at an event may mean that you are featured in such photographs and you are deemed not to object to the taking of such photographs as detailed above. If you do not wish to be included in any photograph, please notify the photographer at the relevant event prior to the photographs being taken.

Miscellaneous
◼ We reserve the right to make changes to the published / shared programme of an event, including agenda, speakers and time or the venue at any time.
◼ BELT AND ROAD ASSOCIATES is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes as result of personal travel plans or changes or cancellation of the event itself.
